Your watch knows when you eat: study tests smartwatch food tracking

NCT ID NCT07290179

Summary

This study is testing whether a smartwatch system can automatically and accurately detect when children and their parents are eating or drinking. Researchers will first test the system in a lab setting and then have families wear the watches at home for three days to see if it works in real life. The goal is to gather information about eating patterns, not to provide treatment.
