Summary
This study tested a smartphone app that uses cognitive behavioral therapy to help people with mild-to-moderate depression. 315 adults aged 18-60 took part across 11 centers in China. The app was used for 8 weeks, and researchers measured changes in depression symptoms compared to a placebo app.
