Summary
This study tested a smartphone-based wearable system that gives real-time feedback to people with Parkinson's disease while they do balance exercises at home. Nine participants aged 50-75 used the system or followed a paper-based routine. The goal was to see if the smartphone guidance improved balance, daily activities, and confidence compared to standard instructions.
