This study tests whether a smartphone app called Serene Motherhood can help reduce symptoms of postpartum depression in new mothers. About 79 women in Jordan who are at high risk for depression will use the app to access cognitive techniques and health information. The goal is to see if the app can lower depression scores compared to standard care.
