Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app called 'Medidux' can help patients manage their recovery better after leaving the hospital. Researchers want to see if using the app for 7 days after discharge reduces the need for patients to return to the hospital or seek additional medical care. The study will compare 417 adults with common complaints like cough or back pain who use the app against those who receive standard care without the app.
