Summary
This study tested a web-based program called SmartFeeding4Kids that helps parents of children aged 2 to 6 use positive feeding practices to encourage a healthy diet. About 260 parents participated, and the program focused on self-regulation and behavior change techniques. The goal was to see if the program could increase children's fruit and vegetable intake and reduce sugary foods and drinks.
