AI-Powered headset aims to give low vision kids a clearer view of reading

NCT ID NCT07336069

Summary

This study tested a new smart headset designed to help children with low vision read better. About 120 children tried either the new headset, which uses augmented reality and AI, or a traditional magnifying device for 12 weeks. Researchers measured if the smart device helped kids read faster and more comfortably without causing eye strain or other problems.
