Summary
This study is testing a new 'smart needle' device that monitors pressure in real-time during nerve block anesthesia procedures. The goal is to see if this device helps maintain safer, lower pressure injections compared to standard methods during surgery on the hand or forearm. Researchers will also check if patients find the anesthesia more comfortable and assess the device's overall safety.
