Summary
This study tested special glasses that control how much blue light reaches your eyes, aiming to improve sleep and depression symptoms. 96 adults in Ontario who had mild to moderate depression or sleep issues and spent little time outdoors took part. The glasses are designed to be used daily, and researchers measured changes in mood and sleep quality.
