Summary
This study is testing a treatment called sacral neuromodulation, which uses mild electrical pulses to stimulate nerves in the lower back, to help children aged 3 to 18 with bowel and bladder problems like severe constipation, soiling, and accidents. The goal is to see if this treatment can reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. The study will use brain scans and computer models to understand how the treatment works.
