Summary

This study tests whether a smart home monitoring system can help people with type 2 diabetes who use insulin. Participants will use devices at home to track their blood sugar, and hospital staff will monitor the data. One group will also get help from computer algorithms to adjust insulin doses. The goal is to see if this approach improves blood sugar control over three months.
