Can a smaller spoonful keep kids just as healthy?
NCT ID NCT07451951
Summary
This study aims to find out if a smaller daily dose of a special nutrient paste works as well as the larger dose currently given to prevent undernutrition in babies. Researchers will enroll 706 healthy children aged 6-12 months in Pakistan and give them either the small or medium supplement for six months. They will track the children's growth and check for anemia to see if both supplements provide similar benefits.
