Summary
This study tested whether slow-stroke back massage can reduce pain and fatigue in women with fibromyalgia. 48 women received either the massage or standard care. The massage was given 3 times a week for 10 minutes each session. Researchers measured pain using a 0-10 scale and fatigue with a questionnaire.
