First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called SLN12140 in 48 adults with IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease that is not well controlled with current treatments. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo by injection for 36 weeks, and those who may benefit can continue treatment for another year. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce protein in the urine, a sign of kidney damage.
