Summary
This study tests whether adding a selenium supplement (SLM) to two standard cancer drugs (axitinib and pembrolizumab) is safe and effective for people with advanced clear cell kidney cancer. About 55 participants will receive the combination therapy. The goal is to see if the supplement helps shrink tumors or slow disease progression without causing too many side effects.
