NCT ID NCT04949360
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called SleepUp can help people with insomnia sleep better. The app provides online therapy based on proven techniques (CBTi). About 280 adults with at least mild insomnia will be split into groups: some get the app, some get standard video therapy with a psychologist, and some get only sleep tips. The goal is to see if the app works as well as in-person therapy and helps people stick with the treatment.
