First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looked at a sleep treatment for people with severe mental illness who also have sleep problems. It was tested in community mental health centers using a 'train-the-trainer' method, where local staff were taught to deliver the treatment. The goal was to see if the treatment improved sleep and was acceptable to both patients and providers.
