Summary
This study tested a program that combines physical activity with cognitive training (like brain games) to see if it improves sleep and quality of life in people over 65. Sixty-six older adults who could use smartphones and do physical activity took part. The goal was to find a non-drug way to help seniors sleep better and feel healthier.
