First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at how chronic sleep problems and pain sensitivity affect each other in people with long-term low back pain and insomnia. Researchers will use brain scans to measure chemicals and brain activity in 80 adults aged 18-60. The goal is to better understand the link between sleep and pain, not to test a treatment.
