Summary

This study is testing whether a prescription sleep medication called lemborexant can help improve both sleep problems and movement symptoms in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will enroll about 44 participants who have Parkinson's and insomnia to take the drug or a placebo nightly for 28 days. The main goal is to see if the medication makes it easier for participants to move and sleep better.
