Inclusion Criteria: * have poor sleep health * have a diagnosis of ASD Exclusion Criteria: * any regular sleep medication use (this does not include occasional over the counter sleep aid) * known sleep apnea * unstable major medical conditions (e.g. severe asthma, diabetes).
