Summary
This study tested whether teaching older adults (ages 50-80) about good sleep habits can improve their sleep. 125 participants received sleep hygiene education and wore a device to track their sleep. The researchers measured changes in sleep quality, daytime sleepiness, and stress levels after 6 weeks.
