Summary

This study follows 60 adults with pulmonary hypertension to see how sleep-related breathing problems and heart rate changes evolve over two years. Participants will have overnight sleep tests at the start, 12 months, and 24 months. The goal is to find better ways to predict and manage health risks in this condition. No new treatments are being tested.
