Summary
This study aims to find which daily habits and environmental factors are linked to poor sleep in people with lupus. Researchers will survey 250 adults with lupus about their sleep quality, physical activity, screen time, and bedroom conditions. The goal is to identify simple, changeable factors that could improve sleep and overall health in lupus patients.
