First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether a mobile health program that helps children sleep longer can lower their blood pressure. Ten children recently diagnosed with essential hypertension and who sleep 7.5 hours or less on school nights will use a sleep tracker and receive coaching.
