Summary
This study tests an internet-based therapy for insomnia, called the Sleep Course, designed for public safety personnel like police and firefighters. About 60 participants will try the program to see if it helps them sleep better and is easy to use. The goal is to improve sleep quality and reduce daytime tiredness.
