Summary

This study aims to develop a computer model that can predict how airway surgery will affect nighttime breathing in children with Down Syndrome who have obstructive sleep apnea. Researchers will measure airway resistance during a sleep MRI to improve the model. The study involves up to 73 participants scheduled for a clinical sleep MRI or CT scan.
