First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looked at how sleep influences the way anxious children aged 10-13 generalize negative memories. Researchers tested 58 kids to see if they mistakenly remembered similar but new images as old ones, especially after sleep. The goal was to better understand anxiety, not to provide treatment.
