New app aims to help cancer survivors get better sleep

Summary
This study tested a mobile health app designed to help people who have had a bone marrow transplant (called HCT) sleep better. About 30 survivors took part to see if the app was easy to use and helpful. The goal was to improve sleep quality and reduce sleep problems after transplant.
