First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether women with triple-negative breast cancer who have a complete response to chemo-immunotherapy can safely skip breast and lymph node surgery. Half of the 150 participants will receive standard care including surgery, while the other half will skip surgery. The goal is to see if skipping surgery provides similar cancer control with fewer side effects and better quality of life.
