Summary
This study tested how well a single-use skin cleaning solution (ChloraPrep) kills bacteria to prevent infections during surgery. Researchers measured bacteria counts on the skin of 27 healthy volunteers before and 10 minutes after applying the solution. The goal was to see how much the product reduced germs on the skin surface.
