This study tested whether a cosmetic cream can improve hydration and skin barrier function in adults with dry, very dry, sensitive, and cracked skin. Thirty-five participants used the cream twice daily for one month. Researchers measured skin moisture and water loss at several visits to see if the product helped reduce discomfort.
