Summary
This study looks at how a cream with active postbiotics changes the skin microbiome and appearance in 45 women aged 40-60 with sensitive skin and high sun exposure. Participants will use a placebo cream for 6 weeks, then the active cream for 8 weeks, with skin samples and photos taken at several points. The goal is to understand how the microbiome shifts over time, not to treat a disease.
