NCT ID NCT07568665

First seen May 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study is looking at 15 adults with moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) who are starting treatment with tralokinumab. Researchers will use a special, non-invasive microscope called reflectance confocal microscopy to take detailed pictures of the skin's structure. The goal is to see how the skin changes at a cellular level during treatment, which could help doctors better understand how the drug works.
