New shot vs. old IV: race to control skin cancer in vulnerable patients

Summary
This study is for people with weakened immune systems who have advanced skin cancer that has returned or spread. It compares a new combination of drugs given as an injection (amivantamab with hyaluronidase) against a standard drug given by IV infusion (cetuximab). The goal is to see which treatment is better at controlling the cancer's growth and is safer for this specific group of patients.
