Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called SKB315 in about 246 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. Participants must have tumors that show a specific marker called Claudin18.2.
