Could a simple blood test predict Sjögren's severity?
NCT ID NCT07414667
Summary
This study aims to understand if measuring levels of a specific antibody (anti-Ro52) in the blood can help predict how Sjögren's syndrome will progress. Researchers will follow 150 patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome to see if higher antibody levels are linked to more severe symptoms or complications. The goal is to determine if this measurement could help doctors better monitor and manage the disease.
