Summary
This study looks at whether measuring a specific antibody (anti-Ro52) in the blood can help predict serious complications in people with Sjögren's syndrome. Researchers will follow 150 adults with Sjögren's to see if higher antibody levels are linked to severe events like organ damage or lymphoma. The goal is to use this information to better identify patients who need closer monitoring or more aggressive treatment.
