First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a urine test for a genetic marker called SIX6 can predict if low-risk bladder cancer will come back after surgery. Researchers will compare SIX6 levels in 177 patients who had their tumor removed. The goal is to help doctors decide who truly needs follow-up treatments, avoiding overtreatment for those at low risk.
