Summary
This study tested a new combination of the drug sirolimus plus chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel, ifosfamide, and carboplatin) in 32 children with recurrent or treatment-resistant yolk sac tumor. The goal was to see if the combo could shrink tumors and improve survival. The study is complete, and results will show how well the treatment worked and how safe it was.
