Summary
This study tested a new treatment for children with a rare cancer called yolk sac tumor that had come back or not responded to standard chemotherapy. The treatment combined a drug called sirolimus with three chemotherapy drugs. The goal was to see if this combination could shrink tumors or slow the disease. The study included 32 children aged 18 or younger.
