Summary

This early-stage study tests whether siplizumab is safe for people recently diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). About 48 adults will receive the drug and be monitored for 52 weeks. The goal is to check for side effects and see how the drug behaves in the body, not yet to prove it works.
