Summary
This early-stage study tests whether experimental drugs SION-451, SION-2222, and SION-109 are safe in healthy adults aged 18 to 55. Researchers will give single or multiple doses and watch for side effects. The goal is to find safe doses before testing in people with cystic fibrosis.
