Summary
This study looks at whether adding an immunotherapy drug (sintilimab) to standard chemotherapy (SOX) can help prevent stomach cancer from coming back after surgery. It involves 460 adults with a specific type of advanced stomach cancer (stage N3, PD-L1 positive). Participants will receive either the standard chemo alone or the chemo plus the immunotherapy, and researchers will track how long they stay cancer-free.
