Summary

This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug sintilimab to standard chemotherapy (SOX) after surgery can help prevent stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer from coming back. It includes 276 adults with high-risk or certain genetic subtypes of stage III cancer. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the combination or chemotherapy alone for up to 8 cycles.
