New combo therapy aims to keep stomach cancer from coming back after surgery

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug sintilimab to standard chemotherapy after surgery can help prevent stage III stomach or GEJ cancer from returning. About 70 adults who have had their tumor removed will receive the combination for up to 16 cycles. The main goal is to see how many patients remain cancer-free for 3 years.
