Summary

This study looked at whether a single dose of the bone drug zoledronate works as well as getting it every six months for three years in people with early-stage breast cancer. The goal was to see if a simpler treatment plan could still help prevent cancer from spreading to the bones. About 211 patients took part, and the study focused on how practical it was to run the trial across multiple hospitals.
