This study looks at whether using just one or a few small cuts (single or reduced ports) for laparoscopic stomach cancer surgery is safe and works well. It involves 108 people with advanced stomach cancer. The main goal is to see how many lymph nodes can be removed, and the study also tracks complications and quality of life after surgery.
