Summary
This study tests whether simvastatin, a common cholesterol drug, can replace a mix of three antibiotics to treat infected baby molars in children aged 5 to 8. The goal is to stop infection and help the tooth heal without drilling. Sixty children will receive either the antibiotic paste or simvastatin, and their progress will be checked over three months.
