Summary

This study is testing an educational program designed to help nursing students and faculty better handle racism and hidden bias they might encounter at work. Participants will learn about different response strategies and then practice using them in realistic virtual simulations. The goal is to see if this training improves their cultural awareness and gives them practical tools for difficult situations.
