Summary
This study tests a new medicine, SIM0278, in 60 adults with active lupus nephritis, a kidney problem caused by lupus. Half will get the drug, half a placebo, and researchers will check if it helps improve kidney function over 52 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and works better than standard care alone.
